Heru Desanto, first contacted me in February 2007 to ask about a photography trip to Belitung. I wasn't very aware of him, until I discovered that he was one of the most successful photographers at Fotografer.Net. I called him a successful photographer, because most of his photos presented at Fotografer.net were chosen as editor's favorite choice. It's not easy to win such criteria among the thousands of photos that are posted on Fotografer.net every day.
Heru was very excited to visit Belitung, but his trip was always delayed due to bad weather conditions in early 2007. He finally visited Belitung in March 2007 and he found that the weather was still unfriendly to him. But, let's look at the photo, taken in bad weather. Can you imagine if he really did get a chance to shoot in good weather?
Heru shows strong talent in Infrared Photography. He also has a talent for finding moments and angles to frame unique shots. He produced a unique image of Belitung that had never been produced by other photographers. These photos were not taken from ordinary places such as Tanjung Tinggi or Tanjung Kelayang, but he visited eastern parts such as Belitung, Manggar, Gantung and Tanjung Kelumpang.

Reply@Kodzan: after making detailed observations, the giant bones were caught by the whale's skeleton which had been stranded for a long time on the Mentigi coast. So Gajah Mina, like Limpai is still a creature that cannot be proven scientifically.
Replyboss, how come the GAJAH MINA photos that have made horrendous mentigi really don't already exist here? has it been deleted? if there is I want to ask for a copy as a complement to the mystery article .... on the blog kodzan.blogspot.com Thanks!

ReplyI am proud to be born and live life in Blitung. The colors of the place are exotic and fascinating. In my opinion, since many people spend time on vacation with traffic, it is better for you to visualize time in Belitung with calm atmosphere. especially pampered with its beautiful panorama. you will definitely have nothing to lose .. -BELITUNG-
Reply@randi: Yes, this location is located on Pandan Island in the Tanjung Kelumpang area in the eastern part of Belitung, let's go to Belitung guaranteed not to regret it.
